All the way from Beijing, conductor Yu Long has put together a choir from a small village in China’s Yunnan Province will be performing Beethoven’s Choral Fantasy along with selection of Chinese folk songs. One of the concert's outstanding features will be 13-year-old Chinese virtuoso Serena Wang, who will be the soloist in Mendelssohn’s Piano Concerto No. 1.
