Last night the big annual Brit Awards 2018 was held at the O2 Arena in London. This was the 38th edition of the British Phonographic Industry’s annual pop music awards hosted by Jack Whitehall.

Dua Lipa and Stormzy received two awards each. Stormzy won the British Album of the Year award and the British Male Solo Artist award. See the full list of the winners at the bottom.

Dua Lipa won Best Female Solo Artist and the British Breakthrough Act award.

Pre-ceremony performances included Paloma Faith with “Crybaby” and Liam Payne with “Strip That Down”. The main show started with Justin Timberlake and Chris Stapleton singing “Midnight Summer Jam” and “Say Something”. The combined talent of Rag’n’Bone Man and Jorja Smith sat the stage on fire when they performed “Skin”. Dua Lipa, Ed Sheeran, Foo Fighters, Sam Smith Kendrick Lamar and Rich the Kid, and Rita Ora and Liam Payne also performed.

But what everyone will remember is Stormzys performance of “Blinded by Your Grace, pt. 2”, “Untitled Freestyle” and “Big for Your Boots” at the end of the night.

Ariana Grande was also scheduled to perform a tribute, in remembrance of those who lost their lives at the Manchester Arena attack, but as she withdrew due to illness, Liam Gallagher stood in. He performed “Live Forever”.
