Metronomy

When: Thursday, July 5

Metromony is an electronic music group formed in 1999. The band exist of Joseph Mount, Oscar Cash, Anna Prior and Gbenga Adelekan. They have released five albums of original material, Pip Paine (Pay The £5000 You Owe), Nights Out, The English Riviera, and Love Letters.


Flight Facilities

When: Friday, July 6

Flight Facilities is an Australian electronic producer duo that also goes under the name Hugo & Jimmy (Hugo Gruzman and James Lyell). They started mixing songs by other artists before they began crafting their own material. Their debut album, Down to Earth, was released in 2014.


Don Letts presents… Bass Forward feat. Wiley, Congo Natty (Live), Norman Jay MBE, Jazzie B (DJ Set)

When: Saturday, July 7

This is a celebration of the evolution of bass culture. With live sets from Wiley and Congo Natty and DJ sets from Jazzie B, Norman Jay MBE and Don Letts himself.


David Rodigan & The Outlook Orchestra (Live), and special guests

When: Sunday, July 8

David Rodigan is an English radio DJ. He is known for his selection of reggae and dancehall music. And together with The Outlook Orchestra this is going to be a night you will never forget.


MGMT

When: Monday, July 9

MGMT is an American rock band in 2002. They usually play indie rock, synth-pop and psychedelic rock. Their group consist of Andrew VanWyngarden and Ben Goldwasser.


LP

When: Tuesday, July 10

LPs full name is Laura Pergolizzi and is and American singer and songwriter. Included her four albums and one EP, she has also written songs for Cher, Rihanna, the Backstreet Boys and Christina Aguilera.


Sigrid

When: Wednesday, July 11

Sigrid is a Norwegian singer and songwriter and has done major international success with her single “Don’t kill my vibe”. In January this year she won the BBC Music Sound of 2018 award.


The Roots

When: Thursday, July 12

The Roots is an American hip hop band known for a jazzy and eclectic approach to hip hop. This is the perfect start of the weekend.


Jorja Smith

When: Friday, July 13

Jorja Smith is a British singer from Walsall, West Midlands. Despite her young age, she has already independently released numerous singles and in 2018 she won the Brit Critics Choice Award.


De La Soul

When: Saturday, July 14

De La Soul is an American hip hop trio formed in 1987. Their group members consist of Kelvin Mercer, Vincent Mason and David Jude Jolicoeur.


Róisín Murphy

When: Sunday, July 15

And to end of this musical week is the Irish singer-songwriter Róisín Murphy.
