Writer: BeatsOfLondonBeatsOfLondon

London is known for its good selection of musicals, but when there are so many different shows how will you know which is best suitable for you? Check our list of the eight must-see musicals in London this year.

The Lion King

When someone asks me if I can recommend a musical I always respond “Lion King”. Even though there are several years ago since I saw it for the first time I still remember it; the acting, the music, the costumes and scenography. This is the perfect good-feel musical if you want to bring your kids or your friends.

Mamma Mia

With all the known songs from Abba this is a perfect musical for a night out with the girls. Mamma Mia has a good dose of humor, love and tears and is suitable for everyone from the early age to the elderly. And with the new Mamma Mia-movie coming up later this year, what better way to prepare for that than to watch the musical?
